MISSION AND VISION

Empower Girls' Flag Football League thrives on the foundation of teamwork and discipline, allowing young women to explode onto the scene in this exciting game that is quickly on the rise. Our players will have the ability to learn, grow, and evolve athletic and interpersonal skills that will create opportunities in college and beyond. 

Our platform achieves elite and affordable physical and mental training for female student athletes interested in the trajectory for sanctioned high school sport, national tournaments, and potential college scholarships. The sport is now sanctioned in the state, thanks to the Denver Broncos and CHSAA's recently funded 3-year pilot program for girls' flag football in Denver high schools, demonstrating the heightened interest in the future of the sport.
